Arts Etc., located in Victoria Mall, is family owned and operated by Jack and Linda Burrows. The Store has distributed prints not only locally, but nationwide since its opening in 1988. Arts Etc. is the only distributor in Victoria for Windberg prints, offering a wide selection in both framed and unframed art. Collectors can enjoy annual visits from Dalhart Windberg himself.
The gallery displays more than 400 pieces of framed art. Limited editions, open editions and poster prints are also available. Arts Etc. employs a professional custom framing department, offering the latest in museum quality framing and designs. Your custom framing needs can be serviced within five to seven days. Bring in your art work, photos, needlework, and memorabilia articles to shadow box and enjoy their beauty while preserving them. The store is open Monday through Saturday, 10 a.m. to 9 p.m., and Sunday from noon to 6 p.m. Arts Etc.
